We believe that better communication improves lives, and design is a powerful tool for that. These two notions drive our work as a presentation design company. By providing businesses with the right visual communication tools, we help them convey their ideas, values, and results more effectively and gain attention they deserve.
We believe that the best foundation for growth is mutual respect, cooperation, and a genuine interest in both individual and shared success.
Every business has its own challenges and advantages, which can make the same approach either highly effective or ineffective. That’s why, for each project, we determine what will work best in that specific case and create a custom solution.
It's not always easy, but nurturing this in both external and internal communications is well worth the effort. As a team, we prioritize clear communication and take the time to understand different perspectives.
We focus on long-term relationships with our clients. This way we can deliver more value through a deeper mutual understanding over time. And it's always rewarding when our clients recommend us, as it reflects their trust and satisfaction with our work.
We love aesthetic visuals. Yet, we don’t design just for looks — we use visual communication as a tool to help businesses handle specific challenges.
It started with me—Emiliia—at my desk, striving to combine my background in economics with a passion for communication and design. I wanted to help businesses tell their stories, connect with audiences, and achieve goals. While working with startups, I noticed a pattern: most relied on generic templates for investment pitches and often missed the mark. That’s when the idea came to me—what if presentations could do more than look good? What if they could communicate effectively and drive tangible results?
This gap became my opportunity. My first pitch deck projects showed it wasn’t just about design—it was about giving businesses the tools they needed to make an impact. I focused entirely on pitch deck design, and as demand grew, my husband Michael joined, bringing in his artistic background. Later, his brother Serhiy came on board as well, eager to learn and contribute. Together, we began building something greater than ourselves.
When the war in Ukraine escalated, our journey reached a defining moment. Every project we delivered became a testament to resilience—not just ours, but our clients' trust in us to deliver, no matter the challenges. Amid air raid sirens and caring for a newborn, I realized we needed to do more than persevere—we needed to grow. We turned uncertainty into progress, improving our processes and raising the bar in every area—from communication to design quality to project management.
Today, Rostu is a team of seven passionate professionals, each bringing unique skills, perspectives, and creativity to every project. Together, we deliver not just nice presentation designs but meaningful experiences built on trust, precision, and impact. Whether it’s a pitch deck to secure millions in funding or a corporate report to align teams, we approach every project with one clear goal: to empower our clients to achieve theirs.
What started as one person’s dream has grown into a mission-driven company. We’ve turned challenges into opportunities and built a team delivering results that make a real impact.
At Rostu, I drive strategy and growth, managing key clients and keeping the team focused on designing presentations that help businesses achieve their goals. Outside of work, I love books and magazines, especially ones like Telegraf.Design. I’m also into mountains, the authentic charm of Zakarpattia, cycling, and plants.
I love creating infographics, having family movie nights, and taking small road trips with my family. I enjoy figuring out the right design effects for presentations using PowerPoint tools. Music keeps me inspired—both for creative tasks at work and beyond. Plus, I’m into tech and always on the lookout for new apps that make work easier.
I’ve switched from being a choreographer to a designer. In between, I gained some experience in customer service, where I learned that I’m not much into talking, yet I like to help people solve problems. I’m quite good in adapting to change and staying curious about my work. In my free time, you may occasionally find me watching detective series — my guilty pleasure.
My English-speaking friends call me George (: I’m a graphic designer, and at heart—an archer, because archery gives me the energy I enjoy. Besides design, I’m interested in politics and know a bit about investments—got to put that energy somewhere! I’m also a football fan, supporting Liverpool and regularly following the Premier League.
For me, designing presentations is about "organized creativity." There are clear rules for building composition and a script, but there's always room for imagination and creativity. I love presentations with a powerful storytelling, where aesthetic visuals are combined with a meaningful narrative. In my free time, I love to read books, practice yoga, and go for cycling.
I’m all about project management, handling tasks and timelines with sticky notes everywhere. My colleagues can confirm that my desk is just a colorful mess of reminders. I tend to send long, detailed messages in chat, making sure everyone’s on the same page (guilty of over-explaining at times)! When I’m not managing stuff at work, I’m either out on a walk, planning world domination, or at home organizing my sock drawer. Life’s too short for chaos.
I enjoy having a variety of tasks on my plate— from data entry and photo editing to managing social media and sourcing new ideas and trends. Conveniently, I’m a fan of Excel and can make it work for most of these tasks. Movement is my thing, and I have plenty of hobbies—sewing, knitting, cooking, fixing things, drawing, and yoga. Plus, practicing Sadhu Board has become a regular part of my routine!
